Each Project Manager sets their own hourly rate. The PMaaSHub platform fee of 15% is already included in the rate shown on every profile, so there are no surprises on your invoice.

    Sign up in minutes. There is no cost to join or browse.

    Filter by industry and security clearance, then review experience, certifications, rates, and availability.

    Request an interview

    Share your project scope, anticipated hours, and details. The Project Manager can accept or decline.

    Agree on the work

    Scope, schedule, and any written agreement or NDA are set directly between you and the Project Manager.

    Work begins, and you pay for hours worked

    The Project Manager logs hours on PMaaSHub with a description of the work performed for every entry. You pay securely through Stripe within 10 days.

Part-Time / Fractional

A set number of hours per week.

The Project Manager works through their own business entity.

Common use: Organizations that prefer contracting with a business.

Engagements can cover a short assessment, a project rescue, a single phase, a full project lifecycle, or interim coverage while you fill a role.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is my agreement with?

Directly with the Project Manager. PMaaSHub connects you and manages hour tracking and payment, but is not a party to your agreement.

Can we use our own NDA?

Yes. We encourage you to put a written agreement in place, including your company's NDA, before work begins.

How do we know what we are paying for?

Every time entry includes a description of the work performed, so you can see exactly how hours were spent before you pay.

What if we have a question about logged hours?

Raise it directly with the Project Manager. Payment is due within 10 days of hours being submitted, and a Project Manager may pause work until payment is received.

What if the Project Manager is not the right fit?

That decision is yours. You can end the engagement under your agreement with the Project Manager and select another from the platform.

Are Project Managers PMaaSHub employees?

No. They are independent professionals.

How are Project Managers vetted?

Every Project Manager completes a structured review, including verification of active certifications, before becoming visible to businesses.

Can we pay a Project Manager outside the platform?

No. All engagements and payments run through PMaaSHub, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How do we communicate with the Project Manager?

Through PMaaSHub's built-in messaging.
